Ingredients of Pizza Omelette
- 4 Eggs
- 50 gram Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
- 2-3 Olives
- 100 gram Cheese
- 2 tbsp Chopped onion
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
How to Make Pizza Omelette
HideShow MediaHeat half the oil in a frying pan, add vegetables and sauté for 5 mins. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Beat eggs together with oregano, salt, chilli flakes, black pepper.
Heat the remaining oil in the pan and pour the beaten eggs. Cook for 2-3 minutes from both sides and then grill until set.
Spread tomato ketchup, pasta sauce and sprinkle cheese, vegetables and other seasonings on the omelette.
Grill in the oven until the cheese turns pale golden.
Serve and enjoy!
